As your guide, I draw on my background as a Master’s-prepared former nurse together with deep training in meditation, mindfulness, and the Enneagram. I offer a grounded, compassionate path home for people who want to restore balance in body, mind, and soul — a holistic path that’s practical, evidence-based, and transformative.
