I get it — because I’ve lived it. And I know it’s not just stress from the outside.

Much of what people call “stress” actually comes from hidden stressors: the personality patterns you’ve outgrown, gender conditioning, soul hunger, existential questions, spiritual disconnection, and the discomfort of being stretched into a new version of yourself.

These hidden stressors create inner stress — the tension you feel in your body, emotions, and spirit when something inside you needs attention, compassion, or transformation.

Stress isn’t only something to manage — it’s something to understand and transform.
