What you’re experiencing is what I call inner stress—the hidden patterns of disconnection that show up as these symptoms. You may not have connected the dots yet, but the anxiety, health issues, identity confusion, and sense that “something is missing” all share a common root.
I get it, because I’ve been there. The good news is that practices like meditation and mindfulness can help you understand and heal what’s draining you, so you can move from disconnection and fragmentation to integration and wholeness.
As your guide, I draw on my background as a Master’s-prepared former nurse with 30 years of experience, together with deep training as a certified meditation teacher and Enneagram practitioner. I offer a grounded, compassionate path for people who want to address the root cause of inner stress and restore balance in body, mind, heart, and soul.

Most people try to manage stress from the outside—addressing symptoms separately with apps, therapy, or quick fixes. A doctor treats the pain. A therapist addresses the anxiety. A life coach works on goals.
But when we understand these symptoms as manifestations of inner stress rooted in disconnection, we can address the source and create lasting healing.
Inner stress is the hidden pattern that quietly drains our life force from the inside out. At its root is disconnection—we’ve lost touch with our bodies, our emotions, our deeper knowing, and who we truly are.
As a mindfulness coach and meditation teacher, I combine the science of nervous system regulation with meditation, mindfulness, and the wisdom of the Enneagram. Together, these practices help you calm your nervous system, reconnect with your authentic self, and begin living from wholeness.
