As a nurse turned meditation and mindfulness coach and Enneagram guide, I’ve noticed a pattern that keeps people stuck: insight alone isn’t enough to create real, lasting change. People need tools and a path to not only feel calmer, but also to understand why they feel the way they do.
The 4 Keys to Inner Peace framework emerged in response to that need as a clear, grounded path for growing a healthy relationship with yourself. This approach blends:
