I learned this the hard way. In 2012, I stood on top of Mount Kilimanjaro, one of the highest peaks on earth, and had never felt lower. I had so much to be grateful for and couldn’t understand why I felt stressed and so unhappy. Meditation, mindfulness and Enneagram-informed practices changed that, not by fixing me, but by helping me find my way back to myself.
What I discovered changed everything: when you grow your relationship with yourself, it is possible to live with greater vitality, meaningful relationships and a sense of purpose.
Now, as a former nurse turned meditation teacher and coach, HeartMath mentor and Enneagram guide, I help others by giving them the practical tools and structure to regulate stress, understand their patterns, and the courage to live a life that feels true to their soul.
