My approach is personalized because with SO much information out there about meditation and mindfulness people have a hard time determining what is the best fit for them based on their unique needs.

I began a daily meditation practice a number of years ago and it changed my life.
It made such a huge difference in my health and sense of well-being that I became certified as a Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor. I also have a Master’s degree in Nursing and am an Integral Associate Coach. ™ All of this means I bring a holistic perspective to my coaching and now spend my days helping others who want to thrive in life and not merely survive.
